Refund Policy

Some courses have no refund, once the course is purchased, the amount will not be refunded.

To initiate the refund, follow the below steps :

To start a refund, you can send us an email at “refund@tradymindedu.in”. Kindly state your purchase details and fulfill the necessary criteria to initiate the refund.

Criteria for applying refund :

☑ The Entire course should be completed along with the assignment and quizzes.

☑ Back testing of strategy should be done for a period of 3 months by minimum 25 entries and the same have to be submitted as proof along with the profit & loss statement, trading journal, entry place, time, date and others specifications.

All the required statements are to be submitted in pdf format via mail stated ” Requesting refund “.

Required proof statements :

1. Proof of back testing the strategy – Including all the entries you have placed.
2. Proper Trading journal as mentioned in the course for all the entries 
3. Snap of profit or loss statement of your Real Trading Account.

After sending the mail, please send the screen shot of the mail to the mobile no. +91 81228 01472 .

You will be notified within a period of one week whether your refund request is accepted or denied through mail and Whatsapp .

The refund will be processed Only after verifying the evidence with our refund policy. If your refund is accepted, we’ll contact you to let you know if it is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded with %100 amount you have paid for that Course. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund too.

Note: Once your refund request  is denied out of improper evidence or for any other reason ( reason will be send along with ‘Denied’ message ), you wouldn’t be able to apply for refund another time.
